Open Circle Events Colorado

Vendor-First Markets. Intentionally Built.

Open Circle Events is a privately owned and operated event company co-owned by:

Carol Smith (Green Magick Apothecary)
Jazmine Ramirez (Panther’s Gate Lil Witch)

We produce curated vendor markets and seasonal gatherings designed to prioritize vendor sustainability, transparent communication, and community-centered impact.

Open Circle is a professional event company — not a religious organization, spiritual authority, or belief-based membership group.

While some events may incorporate seasonal themes, creative expression, or culturally inspired celebration, participation in Open Circle events does not require ideological alignment, spiritual affiliation, or loyalty commitments.

Our work is operational, structured, and business-focused.

Why Open Circle Exists

Open Circle was born from direct experience.

As vendors ourselves, we navigated markets that were often disorganized, expensive, unclear, or misaligned with the communities they claimed to serve.

We saw a need for something better.

Open Circle began with Hex & Harvest Market — an event built with clear communication, ethical vendor practices, and intentional structure from the start.

What we discovered was simple:

When events are created with vendors — not at them — everyone benefits.

Open Circle exists to carry that approach forward with clarity and professionalism.
