Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Green Magick Apothecary, we’re committed to fast, reliable fulfillment—and providing options that best serve our local and nationwide customers.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship throughout the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll see all shipping charges before completing your purchase.


Local Delivery Available

Local to Colorado Springs? We offer local delivery through our trusted partner, MadDash LLC, a local entrepreneur providing independent delivery services within our community.

Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your address and distance from our location.

All delivery fees go directly to the driver. Green Magick Apothecary does not retain any portion of these fees.

Orders selected for local delivery will be arranged within 48 hours of purchase. Timing may vary based on driver availability and order volume.

Need your order today? We may be able to accommodate rush delivery requests. A $10 rush fee will be added on top of standard delivery fees. Please contact us directly via call or text at 719-646-6223 to check availability.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate, and that someone is available to receive your order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.


Local Pickup Available

Local to Colorado Springs?
We offer in-store pickup at no cost! To avoid shipping fees, be sure to select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 10 days of notification. We will attempt to contact you prior to forfeiture. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships—so you can follow its journey to your door.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us right away with your order details. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue and make it right.


Need to Make a Change?

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make adjustments before your order is shipped.
