Small Biz Collective is a facilitated space for local entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow together.
It was created to reduce gatekeeping, share knowledge freely, and provide practical support for small business owners navigating real-world challenges.
Small Biz Collective is not a religious group, spiritual authority, or belief-based organization.
Participants come from diverse industries, identities, and personal backgrounds. The Collective exists to support small business growth — not to promote any specific belief system.
Participation is voluntary and community-driven.
What We Do
• Host meetups focused on education and collaboration • Share business knowledge openly and freely • Create space for honest conversation • Encourage cross-promotion and partnership • Support ethical, sustainable growth
We believe information strengthens community. Education is not leverage — it is a shared resource.
Free Promotion & Open Access
Small Biz Collective maintains a public Facebook group where small businesses can:
• Promote products and services • Share events • Ask questions • Connect with other entrepreneurs
There are no membership fees to join the group. Promotion is open within posted guidelines.

Our role is to coordinate meetings, provide structure, and maintain respectful conduct within the spaces we host.
We are not a governing authority or hierarchical leadership body.
Participants retain full autonomy over their businesses, affiliations, and outside partnerships.
As participation grows, we intend to establish a rotating advisory board selected from active participants to provide shared input and continued accountability.
Inclusion & Respect
Small Biz Collective welcomes participants of all identities and backgrounds.
We maintain zero tolerance for:
• Racism • Homophobia • Transphobia • Sexism • Harassment • Hate speech • Discrimination of any kind
LGBTQ+ community members — including trans and nonbinary individuals — are welcome and safeguarded within the spaces we facilitate.
Behavior that compromises the safety, dignity, or inclusion of others may result in removal from meetings or facilitated spaces.
Safety and dignity are baseline expectations.
Transparency & Standards
We are committed to clarity as we grow.
