This Monday, Jon and I will celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. 💍
It’s surreal to even write that—nearly a quarter-century of shared life, love, and a whole lot of learning.
Our marriage has seen many seasons. Some felt like winter—quiet, bare, and heavy. ❄️ Others like wild spring storms—messy, emotional, and deeply transformative. ⛈️ But instead of letting those storms tear us apart, we became more deeply rooted in our commitment to one another. 🌳
We’ve weathered so much together.
Health challenges—both physical and emotional.
Three deployments and long separations.
Raising children with special needs.
And maybe the hardest part of all—learning to face our own shadows, heal our own wounds, and do the deep work to become better partners.
It hasn’t always been easy. But love like this—real love—asks us to grow. 🌿
And in this season of life, for the first time ever, we’re not just surviving...
We’re truly living.
We’re dreaming again.
We’re building something together—not just a business, but a life that finally feels like it’s ours.
